Fly Bar’s Daiquiri

Equipment

Glassware: Coupe

Ingredients

2 ounces light rum
¾ ounce lime juice
½ ounce simple syrup
¼ ounce demerara syrup

Instructions

Fill shaker with ice; pour all ingredients in. Shake and double strain into coupe glass. Serve.

Notes

Other rums can be used but light rum is traditional.
