Brandy Milk Punch

A classic brandy milk punch served by the Tampa Yacht & Country Club for their Gasparilla brunch.

  • cocktail shaker


  • 2 ounces brandy
  • 1 ounce whole milk
  • ¾ ounce simply syrup see note
  • ¼ ounce heavy cream
  • dash grated nutmeg


  • Combine liquids in a cocktail shaker filled three-quarters with ice. 
  • Shake until chilled, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour into glass, and serve topped with a sprinkling of nutmeg.


To make simple syrup:
Combine one part sugar to one part water in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves completely. Cool before using. Refrigerate excess syrup.
