Fly Bar’s Daiquiri

Equipment

  • Glassware: Coupe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces light rum
  • ¾ ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ¼ ounce demerara syrup

Instructions
 

  • Fill shaker with ice; pour all ingredients in. Shake and double strain into coupe glass. Serve.

Notes

Other rums can be used but light rum is traditional.
