Brandy Milk Punch
A classic brandy milk punch served by the Tampa Yacht & Country Club for their Gasparilla brunch.
- 2 ounces brandy
- 1 ounce whole milk
- ¾ ounce simply syrup see note
- ¼ ounce heavy cream
- dash grated nutmeg
Combine liquids in a cocktail shaker filled three-quarters with ice.
Shake until chilled, about 30 seconds.
Pour into glass, and serve topped with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
To make simple syrup:
Combine one part sugar to one part water in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves completely. Cool before using. Refrigerate excess syrup.
