Sailor’s Delight

Servings 4 people

Ingredients
  

  • 25-50 middleneck clams
  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • ½ cup fresh green beans
  • cup diced fresh tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • cup Chardonnay
  • ¼ cup salted butter melted
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Cracked pepper and sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Boil pasta to tender. Steam clams 5–7 minutes. Sauté all remaining ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat for about 3 minutes.
  • Drain pasta and clams, and top with sauce. Garnish with lemon wedges.
