sun-dried tomatoes
Juice of 3 lemons
⅓

Chardonnay

salted butter
melted
¼

red onion
diced

cloves
garlic
minced
Cracked pepper and sea salt
Instructions
Boil pasta to tender. Steam clams 5–7 minutes. Sauté all remaining ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat for about 3 minutes.
Drain pasta and clams, and top with sauce. Garnish with lemon wedges.
