
Sailor’s Delight
Servings 4 people
Ingredients
- 25-50 middleneck clams
- 1 pound penne pasta
- ½ cup fresh green beans
- ⅓ cup diced fresh tomatoes
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes
- Juice of 3 lemons
- ⅓ cup Chardonnay
- ¼ cup salted butter melted
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Cracked pepper and sea salt
Instructions
- Boil pasta to tender. Steam clams 5–7 minutes. Sauté all remaining ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat for about 3 minutes.
- Drain pasta and clams, and top with sauce. Garnish with lemon wedges.
