Mother’s Day Brunch Punch

This old-fashioned fruit punch makes a nice base for vodka, or your favorite spirit, with just the right balance of tart and sweet. Try topping it up with a generous pour of seltzer or dry sparkling wine, and give your Mother’s Day brunch a festive touch!

Servings 2 Quarts

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about the juice from 2 lemons
  • ½ cup water
  • 6 teaspoons sugar or to taste
  • 1 cup vodka
  • Seltzer or dry sparkling wine optional
  • Fresh orange slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir gently to combine.
  • Serve over ice with a fresh orange slice for garnish. Top up with bubbly.
